WHAT:  Students will critically evaluate websites before using them,

explore databases in the research process,  use advanced search

techniques, avoid plagiarism, and cite correctly in research.

 

WHY: These information literacy concepts helpdevelop critical

thinking skills.  They are skills necessary for all research projects

and are life-long learning skills.
